DescriptionGreat Shefford, Former Lambourn Valley Railway - geograph.org.uk - 1660730.jpg
English: Great Shefford: Former Lambourn Valley Railway This is the trackbed of the former Lambourn Valley Railway which closed to regular passenger and freight traffic on 4 January 1960, fifty years previously to the day bar one that the photograph was taken. This is taken looking away from the site of the station, towards Lambourn, across an area that had a goods siding. The footpath leads to East Garston.
