Summary

Description
English: Duke of Wellington pub, High Coniscliffe, County Durham, England. This is the pub which displayed the portrait of Napoleon instead of Wellington on its inn sign for 13 years. The landlady says that the Napoleon portrait no longer exists, as the present Wellington portrait was painted on top of it.
