English: 'Hovering Kestrel' stainless steel sculpture, fabricated in the A4A art for architecture studio, design by John McKenna ARBS & Steve Field. Sited at the Citadel Development, the 6m wingspan by 4m high stainless steel bird of prey is sited 14m high up on a tower building for a new build site on the Black Country Spine Route, Wolverhampton.
