Summary

Description
English: Hunslet 16" 0-6-0ST No.3782 of 1953, NCB "Arthur", and used at Markham Main Colliery, Doncaster until 1976 when it was the last steam loco used in the NCB Doncaster Area. It was out of use until 1978 when it was bought for preservation. The design dated from 1923 and it must be unusual for Hunslet to be building a non-Austerity 0-6-0ST as late as 1953. It is in "as withdrawn" condition at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre, 05/85. Scanned slide taken with a Canon AE-1 Program.
