English: These are Intricate carvings on the exterior of temple called 'sikhara' and 'parikrama'. These carvings depict celestial damsels, Deities, demons and incarnations of God Vishnu, and Gods of Hindu pantheon. This carving is - Indra, the king of celestial beings (devas) at war with Vishnu
