| Description |
English: Obviously this is a rare document. The Soviet power entered Odessa finally on 7 of February, 1920.[1] Prior to that, military power in the city was changed often and not everybody hurried to change the old passport to the new one. According to this Instruction-Certificate dated 19 Oct 1920 Tatiyana I.Kazakova (62 years old) had to receive new Soviet regime passport before 19 Apr 1921. And before April 1921 she had to use this certificate instead passport. Next 1921 and 1922 years were mentioned as the hungry years in Odessa. Mostly old people and small children died during this years. Tatiyana Kozakova died on 30 Aug 1921. Seems new passport she had not receive due to this certificate remain on hands. It case a person received new passport, this person had to hand over this certificate to authorities. But the Certificate still on hands.
Русский: Очевидно, что это редкий документ. Советская власть окончательно пришла в Одессу 7 февраля 1920 года. До этого власть в городе менялась часто и не все спешили поменять старый паспорт на новый. Согласно этого Свидетельство от 19 октября 1920 года и выдано в Одессе, Татьяна Ильинична Козакова (возраст 62 года) была обязана получить новый пасспорт Российской республики до 19 апреля 1921 года. 1921 и 1922 год выдались голодными годами в Одессе и умирали в основном старики и дети. Татьяна Козакова умерла 30 августа 1921 года (есть документы о её смерти). Очевидно, что паспорт она не получила, так как это свидетельство осталось на руках, - если получают новый паспорт, то сдают старый паспорт или удостоверяющий его документ. |
