Description Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah, the Deputy Speaker of Parliament of Uganda addresses visiting officials from the Federal Government of Somalia, at his office in Kampala, Uganda on 16 November 2018. The officials were in Uganda to attend leadership skills development training. The training was facilitated by the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) and the Somalia National Commission on Mobilisation and Sensitisation. AMISOM Photo
