"Round box made of tortoiseshell with gold mounting, featuring a miniature portrait of Mlle Luzy - celebrated actress and member of Parisian Comedie-Francaise. The miniature is signed and dated: mosnier /1779, which indicates that it is a work of the famous French artist of the 2nd half of 18th - beginning of 19th century, Jean Laurent Mosnier."
