English: U.S. Navy retired Lieutenant John W. Finn (left) is the sole surviving Medal of Honor recipient from Pearl Harbor and the oldest living Medal of Honor recipient. U.S. Navy Master Chief Quartermaster (QMCM) Kobel (right), Command Master Chief of the Naval Leadership Training Unit (NLTU), speaks with John W. Finn about an entry in the Chief’s charge book.
