Summary

Description
English: The Kerloas Menhir, near Plouarzel in Brittany, France. With a height of 9.5 meters this menhir is the tallest standing menhir in Bretagne. A few centuries ago the top was destroyed in a thunder storm: originally it must have been over 10 meters high. (See: J. Briard: The Megaliths of Brittany)
Français : Le menhir de Kerloas près de Plouarzel a une hauteur de 9.5 mètres ce qui en fait le plus grand menhir de Bretagne. Son sommet a été détruit par un éclair. Sa hauteur originale devait dépasser les 10 mètres.
