English: Kipling and Capote craters on Mercury, in central foreground. David crater is the small crater with a bright halo (ejecta) right of center. Steichen crater is in right foreground, and the crater beyond it is unnamed as of June 2024. Nabokov crater is at the right horizon. Mosaic of two MESSENGER Narrow Angle Camera images (EN0131766412M, EN0131766433M) from the second flyby in October 2008. Statistics for EN0131766433M (the right 3/4 of the image) are below.
