Deutsch: Klatskintumor in der ERC. Der Patient liegt schräg auf dem Bauch, so dass die linke Bildseite der linken Patientenseite entspricht. Im linken und im rechten Gallenwegssystem ist jeweils ein Draht platziert, der für die folgende Einlage von Stents zum Galleabfluss benötigt wird. Beide Anteile rechts und links wurden nacheinander über eine Sonde mit Kontrastmittel angespritzt. Man erkennt deutlich die fehlende Kontrastierung im Bereich des Zusammenflusses, dort, wo die Dräht wieder parallel laufen.
