English: Description: Engraving “Bei Jaffa” from Hermann Struck’s book “Land Israel” which was published in a limited edition of 100 copies in 1921. It features scenes from Palestine. Hermann Struck (1876-1944) was a German Jewish artist renowned for his etchings. His students included Marc Chagall, Lovis Corinth, and Max Liebermann. Struck, a fervent Zionist, immigrated to Palestine in 1922, taught at Bezalel Academy and helped establish the Tel Aviv Museum of Art.
