English: Memorial to beef from the period when Mad Cow Disease put a halt to much of the beef trade in Europe and Italy, especially the younger cows that were usd for the Florentine T-Bone Steak. Dario Cecchini held a mock funeral for the Florentine T-Bone Steak. "Ridotta Invalida, Preferì la Morte.” [Reduced to an invalid, he preferred to die.] "In memoria della bistecca alla fiorentina, scomparsa prematuramente il 31 marzo 2001" [In memory of the T-Bone Steak of Florence, Died Prematurely]
