DescriptionLarmer Tree Festival 2009 - geograph.org.uk - 1419376.jpg
English: Larmer Tree Festival 2009 This shows the main lawn of the Larmer Tree Festival with the main stage on the left and the Garden Stage on the right. The festival is rather small and family based with lots of childrens activities. The main stage is erected every year for the festival. The Garden stage is one of the many decorative buildings erected by Agustus Pitt Rivers in about 1880 when he created the Larmer Tree Gardens, on the Rushmore estate near Tollard Royal which he owned. The gardens are now open to the public.
