Other information	Being an official school photograph, the image is most likely a work for hire; copyright may be owned by the school, the photography company, or Leigh's parents, depending on the practices of that company. As the image would have likely first appeared in newspapers in 1989, and as I have found no online archives to Australian newspaper articles that both go back to 1989 and provided coverage of this murder, I have been unable to determine who holds the copyright for the image, and where it first appeared.
