Description
English: Leo John Dulacki (born December 29, 1918) is a highly decorated retired lieutenant general in the United States Marine Corps. During his 32 years of active service, Dulacki held several important intelligence assignment, including service in Moscow and Helsinki, and completed his career as Director of Personnel/Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower at Headquarters Marine Corps. Here shown as lieutenant colonel in 1954.
