English: Coat of Arms of the MacDermot Roe family of Ireland. The motto of the MacDermots Roe of Alderford was "Honor Probataque Virtus". A branch of the MacDermots Roe in America has published the motto "Justice and Charity" reflecting the family's Biatach tradition. According to Burke's General Armory of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales, 1884, the coat of arms of the MacDermot Roe and the MacDermots of Moylurg are similar.
