Description
English: At a memorial service the 66th Rescue Squadron displays twelve wreaths with yellow roses and a photo of each airman killed in a helicopter accident. The service is in the Thunderbird Hangar, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, while hundreds gather to mourn the loss. The airmen died on 3 September, 1998 when two HH-60G Pavehawk helicopters crashed 25 miles north of Indian Springs, Nevada in the Pintwater Mountain Range, at night, during a simulated rescue mission.
