N^o. 1. To an Act of Juresdiction by the Chamber of Amsterdam, purporting, thus to here out the Kings of France and England have thought good to make warr upon theise United Netherlands, who have not hostilitie with any other Eurpaian Kings - Princes or Potentates, they injoint all Commannders or in service of that East India Companii and - interdict and forbid them in their voyages for East India or homewards to attack or use any hostilitie upon ships or goods of such Europaian Kinge (unless they be first aggressed, and then they may defend) - provided they may use all hostilitie and dammage to French and English. Amsterdam 24 Nov 1673

N^o. 2. To a Seabrief from the citie of Amsterdam of the frid 24 Nov: 1673, purporting that Uutgert Wroon principall clerke of the East India Company shew, appeared before the Magistrates there and, made oath that the ship named the Armes of - Amsterdam, Jacob Marten fon Cloot of Amsterdm M^r. belongs to the United Provinces.
