English: U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Raymond Shields, Adjutant General, New York National Guard greets South African National Defence Force Vice Admiral A. Kubu, Chief Human Resources outside of the historic 369th Regiment Armory on Fifth Avenue in Harlem, New York City on April 21, 2022 as part of the State Partnership Program (SPP).

The South African delegation learned about the structure and capabilities of the New York National Guard and the 369th’s proud history and heritage to include the famous Harlem Hellfighters.
