Summary

Description
English: Leeds Civic Trust plaque underneath the North-Eastern Railway Viaduct on Swinegate. A feat of Victorian engineering, it linked two major stations on opposite sides of Leeds. Swinegate is by what is now Leeds City Station which was a terminus for lines on the West. The other end was Marsh Lane Station (now gone) for lines on the East.
