Article

ORCA card

Portion used

Whole; presumably there is negligible value in this as a piece of design, the value inheres in that it is a ticket.

Low resolution?

High

Purpose of use

Shows a pass issued Puget Sound area transportation agencies

Replaceable?

Impossible. Because it is an artifact of a transportation system, it is simply not replaceable as an illustration.

Other information

Unlike some transportation tickets, there is presumably enough "design" in this one to make it copyrightable; still, their main concern appears to be actual forgery, not copying for illustrative purposes, and because ORCA cards work by using RFID technology, there is little or no risk of that.
