The pictured "Quezon Institute" is a hospital at the "E.Rodriguez Boulevard" in Quezon City (Philippines). This hospital was established in 1918 as tuberculosis sanatorium under the then name "Santal Sanatorium" and was renamed to "Quezon Institute" in 1938.
Manuel Luis Quezon y Molina (1878-1944) was President of the Philippines 1935-1941 and head of a Philippinean exile government 1941-1944.
