Summary

Description
English: Phil Buckman, bass player for FILTER, sings backup vocals during the band’s hit song “Fades Like a Photograph,” during a concert at Contingency Operating base Speicher, near Tikrit, Iraq, Sept. 20. FILTER is a modern rock band touring Iraq to support the troops. Everywhere they go, they bring with them heart stopping bass riffs and electrifying guitar solos. COB Speicher was the first stop on their tour of northern Iraq, but lead singer, Richard Patrick, has been to Iraq two times before with different bands.
