English: Oil on canvas painting of Captain Nathaniel Portlock RN, Commander of the Poole and Dartmouth Sea Fencibles during the French Revolutionary Wars. Part of a larger painting depicting Portlock in the West Indies. Subject wears the hat and seagoing uniform of a Captain, RN.
