Description One of the palaces used by Saddam Hussein in Mosel, northern Iraq, and now used by the US Army. US Army Corps of Engineers Gulf Region North (GRN) is a tennant at this base. The large building in the background is a hotel that the Corps of engineers initially used as their headquarters for GRN untill it was deemed unsafe.
