DescriptionPriory Church of Saint Peter, Dunstable - geograph.org.uk - 1760514.jpg
English: Priory Church of Saint Peter, Dunstable. Once part of a far larger group of buildings forming the Augustinian Priory of St Peter, this parish church is still a very impressive structure. The arch above the main doorway is typically Norman with concentric semi-circular arches (see close-up 1760647). However much of the rest of this façade is of the later Early English period, with pointed arches. This is due to much damage that occurred to the church in storms in 1222
