English: Randell Ernest "Randy" Phillips (born 1950) is an American former politician. Phillips was a Republican member of the Alaska House of Representatives and Alaska Senate from 1977 to 2003, which is currently the fourth-longest tenure in the history of the Alaska Legislature since statehood.
