Français : Parmi les représentations de la Première Guerre mondiale que Gilbert de Guingand exécute, cette aquarelle est particulièrement étonnante. L'artiste a en effet représenté le détail du rideau d'une salle de réunion. Il s'est appliqué à reproduire le détail des plis et des passementeries grâce à d'habiles nuances de couleurs.

Cette œuvre est conservée à La Contemporaine.
