Description
English: Churche Saint Justina of Padua in Italy. Chapel of saint Maximus of Padua. The altar is the tomb containing the remains of the second Bishop of Padua, St. Maximus. The statue group: saint maxime, the angels who hold the insignia of the bishop and saint Jamesis the work of Michele Fabris (1681), while the statue of St. Bartholomew is the result of the scissors of Bernardo Falcone (1682 ). The altar in marquetry of polychrome stone, is the work of the Corbarelli family.
Français : Basilica di Santa Giustina à Padoue Italie. Chapelle de saint Maxime de Padoue. L'autel abrite la tombe contenant les restes du deuxième évêque de Padoue, saint Maxime. Le groupe de statue : saint maxime, les anges qui tiennent les insignes de l'évêque et Saint jacques est l'œuvre de Michele Fabris (1681), alors que la statue de Saint-Barthélemy est le résultat du ciseau de Bernardo Falcone (1682). L'autel en marqueterie de pierre polychrome, est l'oeuvre de la famille Corbarelli.
