Summary[edit]

Every episode of the original Scooby-Doo format contains a penultimate scene in which the kids unmask the ghost-of-the-week to reveal a real person in a costume. That person will often fire back with a retort to the extent of "...and I woulda got away with it, too, if it weren't for you meddling kids!" From Scooby-Doo, Where are You! season two, episode one ("Nowhere to Hyde").

Rationale of fair use for Scooby-Doo[edit]

  1. The image is of a character and content discussed in the text at Scooby-Doo.
  2. The image is of lower resolution and quality than the original video (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
  3. No free or public domain images have been located for the subject.
  4. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the show or DVDs in any way.
  5. The image's inclusion in the article is important because it illustrates content discussed in the text, a recurring joke in the series.
  6. The image is being used for informational purposes only.
