Description
English: View of Scouts' Hall, situated in the reserve at Stokes Point, Northcote, taken from Little Shoal Bay. Also shown in the photograph is Quinton Villa nearby. The flagstaff near the hall has the flag flying at half-mast. Taken ca 1912 by William Archer Price of Northcote.
