This is an image of a building or other location within the Pioneer Square-Skid Road Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The district has been successively enlarged, and hence has multiple NRHP IDs: 70000086, 78000341, and 88000739

Summary

Description
English: 322 1st Ave S, corner of Jackson. Originally (1900) Capitol Brewing and Malting Company, later Olympia Brewing Company, Tumwater Tavern. Now houses, among other things, Bud's Jazz Records.


This was the first building restored in the Skid Road - Pioneer Square Historical District (1963, by architect Ralph Anderson).
