This is an image of a building or other location within the Pioneer Square-Skid Road Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The district has been successively enlarged, and hence has multiple NRHP IDs: 70000086, 78000341, and 88000739

Summary

Description
English: Hambach Building, 419 First Avenue South, now part of the Merrill Place complex, Pioneer Square neighborhood, Seattle, Washington, USA. Designed by Saunders & Lawton and built 1914 by Albert Hambach, the building was leased to the Western Dry Goods Company upon completion. Now condominium apartments and the Cowgirls, Inc. bar.
