The Yesler Building (built 1891; formerly Scandinavian-American Bank / Bank of Commerce Building), 95 Yesler Way (corner of First Avenue South), Pioneer Square neighborhood, Seattle, Washington, USA. In recent years it has held a series of restaurants, fast food joints, etc.
For further information about this building see Summary for 95 Yesler WAY / Parcel ID 5247800055, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods. However, that article is almost certainly mistaken in saying that the top floor was added circa 1895. It is missing in this photo published in 1900 in a book whose images all appear to have been recent at the time.
Seen here from the north. Also visible is part of the Schwabacher Building (which surrounds the Yesler Building on two sides). The Mutual Life Building can be seen reflected in the windows of the upper storeys.
