Summary

Description
English: The Skuinshuis Jewish complex is located at 44 Ryneveld Street, Stellenbosch. Skuinshuis ("skew house") next to the Synagogue was originally built next to the old wagon trail that no longer exists, and is positioned diagonally relative to the new street built when the street plan was changed to the current grid pattern in 1811.
This media shows a South African Protected Site with SAHRA file reference 9/2/084/0126.
