Summary[edit]

Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. This is an image created and uploaded for informational purposes only, for visual identification of the first Dell mapback edition of the novel Some Buried Caesar and for presentation of the novel's alternate title, The Red Bull.
2. The image is an accurate scan and includes all of the art created for the front cover, spine and back cover of the Dell mapback #70 edition.
3. This image is of much lower resolution than the original. It cannot be used for high-resolution printing, and any copies made from it will be of inferior quality.
4. Use of this image in the article Some Buried Caesar adds significantly to the article by visually identifying the Dell mapback edition of the novel, one of the earliest (#70) of the Dell mapback series.
5. Use of this image in the plot summary section of the article Some Buried Caesar contributes to that section substantially by giving a concrete sense of the space described in that section.
6. The copyright owner's rights to reproduce the image are not limited in any way.
