No revenue loss by copyright holder. This image is being used to illustrate the panting style of Arnold Friberg. Its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. It is a screen resolution (72 dpi) copy of a painting.
  2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the painting or prints of the painting in any way.
  3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the artwork.
  4. The image is itself a subject of discussion in the article.
  5. The image is significant because it is among Friberg's most well known painting and demonstrates a shifting ethic with regards to the story of the Anti-Nephi-Lehies and pacifism in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (see article for references regarding this).
