Fair use rationale for Sturm Brightblade[edit]
This image, SturmAndFlint.jpg, originally found as lance29.jpg, is being linked to the Sturm Brightblade article. The image itself is subject to copyright, however I (ReyBrujo) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low resolution copy of the original image.
- it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell posters and/or other representations of this image in any way.
- due its low resolution, it is not possible to produce and sell copies of this image replacing the original.
- it is used in the article to show Sturm Brightblade, one of the main characters in the Dragonlance world, for purpose of identification.
- there are no free versions of this image.
