Blue circles are data from Fig 8(e) of NACA Technical Note 2142 (1950) Robert G. Dorsch and Paul T. Hacker. Extracted using Datathief. Red curve is Gumbel fit to the data: P(t) = exp[-exp( (-27.3-T)/2.00 )]
