Summary

Description
English: TMpred graphic output for SMIM19 Homo sapiens protein sequence. Significant transmembrane segments were analyzed for predicted strong transmembrane helices. From amino acid 25 to 43, an inside (i) to outside (o) and outside to inside strong transmembrane helix was predicted. Outside to inside score is 2331, whereas inside to outside score is 1702. The outside to inside prediction scored higher meaning there is a stronger preference and chance for this to be a correct assumption.
