Library of editor PMcalduff. The artist is only known, from the signature, as "Nick". The copyright probably belongs to the publisher, The World's Work, which was a subsidiary of William Heinemann, so the copyright is now most likely owned by one of Heinemann's corporate owners -- Random House, Pearson PLC, or Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. This issue of the magazine appeared in 1937.
