English: This image represents a two space-time diagrams of Minkowski space-time continuum, with one dimension of space and the dimension of time.

The two images combine the diagrams that are represented by Image:time_dilation_spacetime_diagram02.gif and Image:time_dilation_spacetime_diagram04.gif. Both the left and the right diagram in the image represent the physics taking place equally well.
