English: This image is the animated output of a CAGE simulation of a tornado. A white three-dimensional grid is displayed on a black background. The horizontal plane of the grid is littered with various objects depicted as cubes of various sizes. All of the cubes are green except a single red cube, which is designated as a particle of interest to the simulation. The tornado, represented by a yellow box with yellow lines forming a funnel helix attached to thebox, starts at the front-left portion of the screen and traverses to the back-left corner. As the tornado moves left to right, the objects rise and fall in accordance to variable characteristics dictated in the simulation. As the particles move their shadow, a two-dimensional projection on to the horizontal
plane, is displayed as gray squares on the grid. The animation continuously repeats.
