Description
English: Trilok Singh Artist prepared this painting in 1938, when he had Art Studio in Nowgong, Assam. This painting was prepared for Sh. Gopinath Bardoloi, who took over Premier of Assam in 1938. The Artist had used three languages - Hindi, Assamese and English.
