English: Pilot turbosphere (capacity: 200 L) equipped with water cooling system used to produce PVC plastisols. Vacuum can be done to increase the density of the product.
Français : Turbosphère pilote (capacité : 200 L) à double enveloppe thermorégulée (circulation d'eau froide) utilisée pour fabriquer des plastisols PVC (mastics PVC), de consistance peu épaisse dans ce cas. Une hélice à 3 pales située au fond de la cuve tourne à vitesse relativement élevée et variable, selon un axe vertical. Il y a formation d'un vortex pendant le mélangeage. Un vide peut être appliqué en fin de process pour augmenter la densité du produit. |
