Summary

Description
British English: Pictured are Royal Air Force (RAF) Typhoon FGR4 aircraft from No. 12 Squadron RAF with VIP’s occupying the rear seats of the two twin-seat Typhoon T3 aircraft.

The Qatari Deputy Prime Minister & The Minister of State for Defence took to the skies above the UK in two twin-seat Typhoon T3 aircraft from 12 Squadron, in order for a capability demonstration to be conducted.

During this flight, the aircraft formed up with an RAF Voyager aircraft from No. 101 Squadron RAF, based at RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire. Whilst alongside, the aircraft conducted air-to-air refuelling.

12 Squadron are the RAF's first joint squadron since World War II, with pilots and engineers from the Qatar Emiri Air Force embedded within its ranks.
