18年前的今天 1999年8月24日下午12點36分，立榮航空台北飛花蓮873航班於花蓮機場21號跑道落地滾行時，客艙內部前段突然發出爆炸聲，隨即冒煙起火燃燒。 當天執行873航班的航機為立榮航空 McDonnell Douglas MD-90-30 B-17912，事件發生後B-17912機身上半部全毀，90名乘客及6名組員全數撤離。不過仍造成27名乘客輕重傷及一名乘客死亡。 UNI Air McDonnell Douglas MD-90-30 B-17912 (MSN 53536 / Line No. 2160) Uni Air Flight 873 from Taipei to Hualien, suffered an explosion in its cargo hold soon after landing at Hualien airport, causing extensive fire damage. |
