Summary

Description
English: The Vackar oscillator has high frequency stability because large capacitors Cg and Ca are parallel to FET internal capacitances. If the Q factor of L1 rises with frequency, the output voltage can be made independent of output frequency. The variable capacitor C0 changes between 1000pF and 1100pF. Output frequency is around 2MHz. RL is part of the simulation, not part of the circuit. The grid leak resistor has a typical value of 1 Meg ohm.
